A public lecture by Karel Adámek, Ph.D.

Radio astronomy is poised for a wealth of new discoveries thanks to a new generation of observatories, including the SKA, ngVLA and DSA-2000 radio telescopes. The lecture will explore the challenges these facilities face and explain how the Institute of Physics in Opava is helping to overcome them in collaboration with the GMRT radio telescope facility in India and a team at the University of Oxford.
